VW or AUDI ECU CLONE from 2006 and newer.

This service is for VW or AUDI (VAG) ENGINE CONTROL MODULE ECU Clone ( copy ) from year 2006 and up.

OPTIONS:

ECU Cloning is procedure where the original ECU information is copied to the replacement ECU, and allows it to be reused. The VAG scan tool is not required to complete the re-installation.

ECU PIN code read or write is a procedure where a known good, used replacement ECU is reconfigured into a like-new or “virgin” state, also known as “renewing”. The ECU can then be used to replace the original, but requires coding using the VAG  scan tool. Typically this is employed where the original is not salvageable ( flooded burnt etc )

IMMO delete is the last resort if both options didnt work or to expansive it will program ECU to no security state. (might not be available for newer cars.)

VW or audi ecu from 2006 and newer  stores data in 3 different locations eprom, MPU and MPU making it expensive to clone but still much cheaper then buying new computer and programming it at the dealer can cost up to $2500.
