Not Sure Which Service to Choose?
If you are unsure which option matches your BMW module, the safest path is to email or text us photos before ordering: full label of the original module (the one you want serviced), full label of the donor module if you already have one, the part number, hardware revision, and software/calibration sticker, and a photo of the connector pinout if visible. We will confirm whether the service is supported for your specific part number and hardware revision before you order and ship.
Compatibility Warning
KOMBI cloning requires a donor cluster of the same part number prefix and same hardware revision. Different generations (E39 / E46 / E60 / F30 / G20) are not cross-compatible. Send us a photo of the cluster label and your VIN before ordering.
What to Ship
- Your original BMW module (the failed/locked unit), clearly marked “ORIGINAL”
- If applicable: a donor module, clearly marked “DONOR” — same part number family and hardware revision as the original
- Your order receipt printed, or order number written on a slip in the box
- Your return shipping address
- Ship to the address shown on your order receipt at checkout (we operate from 2 locations and route based on tool availability and turnaround)

FAQ
What does the cluster service cover? Cluster clone, mileage transfer, red-dot fix (if mileage tampering caused a cluster warning), VIN coding, and key data preservation.
Will mileage transfer? When the original cluster is readable, mileage transfers to the donor 1:1. The CAS / EWS may also need updating to match — bundled in our CAS + Cluster combo service.
What is the CAS + Cluster combo service? Some workflows require pairing the cluster and CAS together (e.g., when both are donor units). We offer a combined service that handles cluster mileage and CAS mileage synchronization in one bench visit.
