Mercedes Instrument Cluster / Speedometer Services
Mercedes instrument cluster failure is one of the more common Mercedes electronic issues — pixel loss, no-display, intermittent operation, or refusal to pair with a new EIS. We perform Mercedes instrument cluster clone and pairing work on the bench for compatible model years.
Available Services
Not Sure Which Service to Choose?
If you are unsure which option matches your Mercedes module, the safest path is to email or text us photos before ordering: full label of the original module (the one you want serviced), full label of the donor module if you already have one, the part number, hardware revision, and software/calibration sticker, and a photo of the connector pinout if visible. We will confirm whether the service is supported for your specific part number and hardware revision before you order and ship.
Compatibility Warning
Cluster cloning requires a donor cluster of the same part number prefix and same hardware revision. Different generations (W203 vs W211 vs W212 vs W205) are not cross-compatible. Send us a photo of the cluster label and your VIN before ordering.
What to Ship
- Your original Mercedes module (the failed/locked unit), clearly marked “ORIGINAL”
- If applicable: a donor module, clearly marked “DONOR” — same part number family and hardware revision as the original
- Your order receipt printed, or order number written on a slip in the box
- Your return shipping address
- Ship to the address shown on your order receipt at checkout (we operate from 2 locations and route based on tool availability and turnaround)

FAQ
What does the cluster clone preserve? Mileage data when readable, pairing data and SCN coding when readable, and personalization settings.
Will my mileage transfer? When the original cluster is readable, mileage transfers to the donor 1:1. If the original cluster has dead pixels but the EEPROM is still readable, mileage is typically recoverable.
Will the cluster pair with my EIS? After a cluster clone, the donor inherits the original pairing data so it will typically work with the original EIS without additional pairing steps.
