Dodge / RAM Airbag / ORC / SRS Services

After a deployment the Dodge / RAM ORC (Occupant Restraint Controller, also called the airbag / SRS module) locks crash data into the EEPROM. We perform Dodge and RAM airbag module crash reset on the bench. This service is intended for qualified SRS technicians and professional installers.

If you are unsure which option matches your Dodge module, the safest path is to email or text us photos before ordering: full label of the original module, full label of the donor module if you already have one, the part number, hardware revision, and software/calibration sticker, and a photo of the connector pinout if visible. We will confirm whether the service is supported for your specific part number and hardware revision before you order and ship.

Compatibility Warning

Airbag reset requires the SRS components on the vehicle to already be replaced before the module is re-installed. Confirm the deployed parts have been replaced before ordering.

What to Ship

• Your original Dodge module (the failed/locked unit), clearly marked “ORIGINAL”
• If applicable: a donor module, clearly marked “DONOR” — same part number family and hardware revision as the original
• Your order receipt printed, or order number written on a slip in the box
